Would be no stars but won't let me, if you can use another pharmacy then do. Took 3 days to get my heart medication, told it would be ready in 2 hours, went back next day to be told it would be another 40 mins. Then 1 of the items wasn't in stock told to go back late afternoon the next day. Left it until the morning after to give them plenty of time, still told it wasn't ready. Absolutely terrible service. And to top it al,l on all occasions staffing levels were not low, so no excuse for making customers wait this long for life saving medication.
What a bad experience 😩 They prescribed me antibiotics for UTI Same day I ended in hospital in A&E For a kidney stones. Do not trust this new system pharmacy first All they want is make money as for every pharmacy first ref or just a consultation they make extra money they speculate on peoples health to make money . They don’t ask enough questions to give a diagnosis all the do the follow a set questionnaire from their system and the conclusion of the pharmacist is always UTI!! Well I am not a happy customer And I am in pain and I don’t need your antibiotics. I hope other women will be aware after my review .
I got bitten by a bug 🐝 on my allotment 4 days ago, painful and red lumps with heat, discharge and with swelling. Saw the pharmacist almost immediately, into the consultation room, 5 mins later on a course of antibiotics. Great service much better than waiting ages to see a GP. Absolutely brilliant service 👏🙏
Long waiting on the phone or never picked up the phone. Medication are not with long dates. Service is not very good . Staff are good .
I use this pharmacy all the time and have always received great service. They're also very patient given the abuse They're subjected to and I've never heard them be anything other than professional. I've witnessed people kicking off because the pharmacy doesn't have their prescription and therefore they can't issue it - that's not the fault of the pharmacy! Yes, the wait times can be long but the pharmacy is positioned between two very busy Doctors surgeries so that's to be expected. There are times of the day when it's quieter so, if you can, pick your moment and go then instead if you don't want to wait.
